HGS specializes in manufacturing silicone sealants and its derivatives and operates in a state-of-the-art facility. The company produces large scale world standard products for both the construction and industrial fields in the Sultanate.

We are located in Al Misafh Industrial Area, the Sultanate of Oman. Hygitech and Global Services manufacturing plant covers an area of 13,592 sq.m and the built in area is 7.715 sq.m and exhibits a production capacity of 300.000 cartridges per month

Nimer 44® paid close attention to field engineers’ feedback pertaining to a lot of user complaints about material inside the cartridge curing after applying the silicone sealant, resulting in wastage.
Nimer 44® addressed the issue by designing a unique nozzle with a cap to close the cartridge to keep the material from curing inside the cartridge.
Silicone sealants find use where a gap requires filling or a joint needs sealing. With their outstanding longevity, limited shrinkage and movement capability, our Silicone sealants are ideally suited for walls, floors, door frames and bathroom fixtures subjected to movement.

The higher the temperatures and the loads, the tougher are the requirements that the materials have to meet.
Silicone-based sealants have been proving their worth for many years, as they withstand temperatures between -40℃ and 150℃, are electrically insulating, and extremely resistant to chemicals and UV radiation. They are the preferred material in many applications – such as EVs – as they are also fire and aging resistant.
